Perversely, that doesn’t mean they take extreme ownership, as some deny responsibility that is actually their own. Overconfident people are unwilling to share control and have an unreasonable belief in how much they can control a situation. Most importantly, however, intellectually humble leaders do not exhibit overconfidence. They are willing to set aside their own views and open to accepting the views of others. ![]() Intellectually humble leaders are willing to accept they can be wrong.
